The General Technical Support Engineer - Cementing Services will be responsible for post-sales support of customer issues, providing technical support on repairing returned equipment and field services, and developing operational plans for department activities.
Kewajiban
• Work together with high level people from the business and SPB and EB level
• Own the resolution of post-sales technical customer issues and resolve post sales technical issues
• Be the subject matter expert for the relevant area of support
• Specify needs, communicate about project approach, and present outcomes of research done
• Provide 24/7 support for critical operations in the field when needed
• Handle diverse clients in a region, work based on predefined contracts and frameworks with some latitude to deviate from those conditions
• Follow up on field failures that require technology involvement
Kualifikasi
• Have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Have at least 5 years or more of relevant technical experience in cementing operations
• Have ability to influence others and lead small teams
• Have thorough understanding of P/L technology & service delivery requirements
• Be able to work in a 24/7 service environment, based on an agreed shift schedule
• Have good communication skills both verbal and written in English
