AZO Limited is seeking an experienced and dedicated Sourcing Specialist to join their team, responsible for securing high-quality machinery parts and components essential for operations in the Food, Pharma, Chemical, or Petrochemical Industry.

Kewajiban

Responsibilities typically include:
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for machinery parts and components
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers across the region
• Negotiate contracts, ensuring competitive pricing and timely delivery
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand material requirements and ensure smooth supply chain operations
• Monitor supplier performance and market trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
• Ensure compliance with procurement processes, contracts, and company standards
• Assist in the development of long-term sourcing strategies to align with the company's regional and global objectives

Kualifikasi

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in sourcing machinery parts and components, preferably in a regional or international setting
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
• Familiarity with procurement processes, contracts, and supplier performance management
• Proven track record in developing sourcing strategies and driving cost-saving initiatives
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
• Proficiency in ERP systems and sourcing tools
