AZO Limited is seeking an experienced and dedicated HR Manager to join their team, crucial for shaping and driving the development of the HR department while maintaining a supportive and high-performance culture across regional offices.
Kewajiban
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company’s business goals
• Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring that we attract and retain top talent
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of staff
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary processes
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management across various countries in the region
• Lead and manage the implementation of HR policies, practices, and procedures
• Foster a positive working environment and drive employee engagement
• Develop training programs to support the professional development of staff
• Oversee payroll and benefits administration
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a regional or international setting
• Strong knowledge of labor laws in Southeast Asia and experience managing HR across multiple countries
• Proven track record in developing HR functions and implementing HR best practices
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
