The Senior Sales Executive - CASE (Coating) is responsible for managing customer inquiries, promoting products, maintaining sales records, and collaborating with teams to ensure customer satisfaction and effective service delivery.
Kewajiban
• Answer all customers' inquiries about products, prices, availability, or credit terms.
• Visit establishments to evaluate needs or to promote product to customers.
• Maintain customer Sales records as well as expand new Sales opportunity.
• Inform customers of estimated delivery schedules, or other information pertaining to purchased products.
• Provide customers with technical support, Sample from supplier.
• Collaborate with colleagues to exchange information, such as selling strategies or marketing information.
• Cooperate with customers service team and supply chain team to deliver the best service to customers.
• Monitor stock inventory level and provide monthly sales forecast to Sales Manager for inventory replenishment.
• Prepare annual sales forecast for budgeting.
• Complete market survey report upon request by Sales Manager.
• Complete expense reports, sales reports, or other paperwork.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's Degree in Science, Chemical Engineer or related field.
• Min 3 years direct experience in Coating industry.
• Able to drive with driving car license.
• Possess own car.
• Good Communication and Sales skill.
• Good Command in Written and Speaking English.
• Able to use Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, ppt).
