We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Talent Acquisition Executive / Senior Executive (depending on personal qualification) to perform end to end talent acquisition from planning to placement.
Kewajiban
• Partner with Business Managers to identify talent profiles and expectations
• Plan sourcing channel and media content to attract talents while ensuring efficiency
• Perform end to end hiring process while ensure positive experience
• Manage onboarding and mentoring for the success of placement
• Manage recruitment database and assessment of hiring effectiveness
Kualifikasi
• Experience with full-cycle recruitment, using various interviewing techniques and evaluation methods
• Experience in the insurance industry would be an advantage.
• Agility and urgency prioritization on business needs
• Familiarity with resourcing platforms, social media and professional networks to proactively source candidates
• Effective English communication eg English for interviewing and assessment
• Experience in General Insurance Industry is preferable
