Kewajiban
• Provide high quality customer service across all channels (Brokers, Agents, Direct).
• Lead the invoice adjustment process by analyzing discrepancies, coordinating with relevant teams, and ensuring accurate billing.
• Manage communication between sales and new clients, offering assistance and resolving issues.
• Coordinate workflows between Employee Benefits and other departments.
• Analyze data and review checklists before submit to related team.
• Develop sales pitching decks and client manuals.
• Handle sales reimbursement expenses and budget management.
• Collaborate with Underwriting, Claim, and Operations teams to find appropriate solutions for the customers.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor degree in insurance, Business Administration or related fields.
• 2 years of experience in an insurance business.
• Have experience in health insurance product would be advantage.
• Effective English communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data input, formula calculations and reporting.
• Attention to Detail.
• Critical thinking and analysis.
