The Account Manager is responsible for developing profitable growth by focusing on potential target customers. This role requires the ability to sell at all levels of management, build relationships, and assist customers in problem-solving.

Kewajiban

• Deliver profitable revenue growth and new business development.
• Achieve gross margin targets.
• Approach sales process professionally using customer-centric selling skills and tools.
• Establish, track, and close new business targets.
• Develop contact matrix and strong relationships with key decision makers.
• Prospecting and cold calling.
• Develop, execute, and manage sales plans and budgets.
• Establish account development plans and network resources.
• Deliver planned results.
• Identify opportunities and capture service opportunities at strategic accounts.
• Coordinate with regional sales teams and technical area.
• Establish linkage between customer's business strategy and company's capabilities.
• Monitor competition and develop plans to eliminate barriers.
• Implement pricing and market strategies.
• Participate in strategy development and help position the business.
• Develop written Account Plans for strategic accounts.

• Willingness to travel up to 75%.
• Proficiency in CRM system management.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of market trends and competition.
• Strategic planning and business development skills.
• Ability to develop and execute sales plans.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or account management role.
