The Rooms Division Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Rooms Division department, ensuring high levels of service delivery and guest satisfaction.

Kewajiban

• Manage the effectiveness of the day-to-day Rooms operation
• Work closely with department leaders to ensure high level of service delivery
• Implement Rooms Division brand standards and best practices
• Provide training and development opportunities for team members
• Manage Rooms Division expenditures and budgets

Kualifikasi

• College degree in hotel management or related field
• Previous experience in Front Office or Housekeeping management
• Strong commercial/business acumen
• Passion for quality and result driven
• Fluent in English - both spoken and written
