The F&B Manager will be responsible for leading the Food & Beverage team, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining quality standards, and managing financial aspects of the department.

• Drive the Food & Beverage team in all aspects
• Achieve the highest customer satisfaction, brand, and quality standards
• Bring creativity and variety to the food & beverage offering
• Manage the financial aspects of the department to achieve budgeted revenues, profit, and food & beverage costs
• Maintain team member performance and development
• Work closely with sales & catering, marketing, and banquet teams to maximize business results
Kualifikasi
• College degree in Hotel Management or related field
• Previous experience in a Food & Beverage or Kitchen Management role
• Strong commercial/business acumen
• Passion for leadership and teamwork
• Passion for operational excellence
• Good communication skills both verbal and written
