• Innovate and develop a diverse selection of beverages that align with our brand standards, ensuring creativity and guest appeal.
• Uphold impeccable service standards, ensuring that every guest interaction is handled with grace, courtesy, and efficiency.
• Oversee bar operations, ensuring all bar areas are professionally set up, well-stocked, and impeccably maintained, with a focus on cleanliness and organization.
• Manage inventory and stock levels to optimize costs and minimize wastage, taking charge of ordering supplies and tracking inventory efficiently.
• Prioritize quality control by refining recipes, ingredients, and presentation to maintain consistency and excellence.
• Ensure compliance with Beverage Department SOPs and legal standards.
• Lead and inspire your team through training, mentorship, and support, empowering the bar team to perform at their best.
Kualifikasi
• Education: College Diploma in Hotel/Event Management or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in a leadership role within the Food & Beverage or Events industry, with a strong background in bar management.
• Leadership: Demonstrated passion for leadership and teamwork, with the ability to inspire and manage a team effectively.
• Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail, ensuring operational excellence in all aspects of the bar’s performance.
• Guest Service: Exceptional guest service and sales skills, with a focus on creating memorable experiences for our patrons.
• Operational Skills: Strong capabilities in cost control, stock management, and quality assurance, ensuring that the bar operates efficiently and profitably.
