Detail posisi

The position of Test Engineer involves establishing testing equipment, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining good relationships with subordinates while supporting audits and data coordination.

Kewajiban

• Establish testing equipment and instructions.
• Ensure the calibration result of measuring and testing equipment from both of inhouse and outside company.
• Ensure the test result meet regulation or customer requirement.
• Communicate with the subordinator to get support as needed.
• Maintain good subordinator relations, which include appropriate responses to their needs and training.
• Support COP Section Manager for (budgeting) and coordinate COP data.
• Support an internal audit, customer audit and third-party audit.

Kualifikasi

• To have completed bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or other suitable qualifications with at least 5 years' experience in products/materials testing in automotive manufacturing sector.
• Knowledge of ISO/ IATF 16949 is an advantage.
• Knowledge of a test regulation specification (ECE , JIS , FMVSS , TIS) is an advantage.
• Knowledge of a preventive maintenance of a test equipment is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of an automation system and data acquisition system in an advantage.
• Microsoft office basic program.
