The Production Quality Engineer is responsible for leading problem-solving processes, ensuring quality control, and driving continuous improvements in the automotive industry.

Kewajiban

• Lead problem solving process to find root cause and action.
• Establish 8D report and deliver on time.
• Lead PFMEA Go & See Audit & Quality Audit.
• Implement Statistical Process Control at key process characteristic.
• External Failure cost control by quick containment actions in the event of Customer Claims.
• Support Process release activity to ensure quality of the process & product from TG3 onwards.
• Drive continuous improvements related to Quality within MCs.
• Support an internal audit, customer audit and their party audit.

Kualifikasi

• To have completed bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Mechanical Engineering or other suitable qualifications.
• 3-5 years in Automotive industry in Quality Control Task with comprehensive Quality knowledge, such as 8D report, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA, GR&R, SPC, Measurement, Poka-yoke, Drawing.
• Have experience to communicate with OEM customer for Quality Issue.
• Have experience for OEM customer audit, IATF audit.
• Frequent use of English (500 TOEIC score).
• Good computer skill, Auto cad is a plus.
