Kewajiban
• Follow up to procedures and policies of the Maintenance Section to ensure that all equipment, are in an acceptable state of repair.
• Follow up all daily activities of the Maintenance Section to ensure completion of assigned projects that will minimize machine downtime.
• Establishes, with direction from the Maintenance Leader, priorities of all maintenance activities through a work order.
• Monitors completion of maintenance projects to ensure that safety and quality standards are met.
• Be inform for spare part requirement that related to all tooling and equipment.
• Supports the company Vision Process through active participation.
• Responsible for identifying problems and finding solutions for same; works to implement changes.
• Attend APS training programs and cross functional training for technical knowledge.
• Meets objectives concerning machine down time and operating costs of maintenance department.
• Perform daily report and corrective action report.
• Always support EMS - Environmental Management System and maintain the system.
• Responsible for 5S activities in maintenance workshop.
Kualifikasi
• Diploma in mechanical / electrical / Electronic.
• With 1-3 years manufacturing experience is required.
• Must have knowledge of quality control and production techniques, equipment, tooling, and process.
