The Cushion Business Support Engineer will develop and simulate product processes, analyze fabric, and support the implementation of the Autoliv Production System to optimize operations in the Thailand plant.

Kewajiban

• Develop and simulate Autoliv product processes to support quotations for our Thailand plant.
• Classify and analyze fabric from drawings to enhance our cutting fabric program, aiding quotations for both Thailand and Vietnam.
• Ensure achievement of policy deployment targets through diligent and continuous follow-up.
• Actively participate in workshops and support the implementation of the Autoliv Production System.
• Maintain and implement essential methods, systems, and routines to optimize operations.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• 1-2 years of experience as a Process Engineer or Equipment Engineer in the automotive industry or a related field.
• Open to new graduates.
• Basic knowledge of engineering drawings and Bill of Materials (BOM).
• Proficiency in CAD programs (special consideration for CATIA users).
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Proactive with a knack for quick problem-solving.
