The Project Manager (Product) position requires a strong passion for delivering high-quality medical services and the ability to navigate challenges in the aesthetic industry. The role emphasizes leadership, team development, and a commitment to excellence.
Kewajiban
• Lead and liaise with OEMs and factories to ensure end-to-end product development meets timelines.
• Research product formulas and conduct market research to ensure differentiation from competitors.
• Create detailed product briefs and specifications for new product concepts.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and creative teams to ensure product concepts meet market demands and brand standards.
• Collaborate with the graphic designer to ensure packaging and marketing materials align with the brand’s CI (Corporate Identity).
• Oversee product testing, clinical studies, quality control, and compliance with standards and regulations.
• Support quality assurance and quality control processes to ensure that products meet company standards and customer expectations.
• Create product presentations for marketing and operations teams to enable smooth sales.
• Manage time and multiple projects efficiently to meet deadlines.
• Perform other relevant tasks assigned.
