ATS is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Finance Administrator to support financial and administrative functions, manage daily financial tasks, maintain accurate records, and assist in financial planning and reporting.

Kewajiban

The KEY responsibilities of this role are as follows:
• Process invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely and accurate manner.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of discrepancies.
• Reconcile bank statements and prepare financial reports as required.
• Assist with budget preparation, monitoring, and analysis.
• Prepare and maintain QA/QC reports, inspection checklists, and non-conformance reports (NCRs).
• Manage and organize project quality records, test results, and certificates of compliance.
• Maintain up-to-date financial records and documentation in compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
• Organize and archive historical financial data for audits and reference.
• Process employee payroll, ensuring accuracy and timely payment.
• Assist in preparing and submitting tax filings, including GST/VAT, corporate tax, and other statutory requirements.
• Collaborate with the finance team in forecasting and preparing financial models.
• Monitor expenses to ensure alignment with budgets.
• Support procurement processes, including vendor management and purchase orders.
• Coordinate with external auditors and financial institutions.
• Manage and maintain contracts, agreements, and other financial documentation.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
• Support the project team with other administrative tasks as required.

Kualifikasi

Successful candidates will also demonstrate the following skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Relevant certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA) is a plus.
• Proven experience in finance administration, accounting, or a similar role (3-5 years preferred).
• Familiarity with financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP).
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
