The Senior Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager is responsible for analyzing market conditions, identifying sales opportunities, and building strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth.
Kewajiban
• Perform analysis for own territory market and collect information about competition, potential market volume, current market share and customers’ feedback.
• Aggressively exploit the territory to identify new target customers and new sales opportunities.
• Cooperate with customer, collect customer’s needs, analyze the application and provide solution to satisfy customer's values.
• Build, maintain, broaden and strengthen good relationship with customers, distributors.
• Cooperate with service operations to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Job audit on work done to customers’ installations, particularly after overhaul activity.
• Provide technical expertise, including advisory capacity, to customers.
• Preparation of sales quotations and subsequent activities for full sales transactions.
• Compile and submit monthly reports on sales, lost orders, and competition.
• Cooperate with the department to improve the performance of receivables & overdue.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's Degree or Higher in Engineering / Related Field.
• Having over 5-10 years' experience in sales engineering or technical sales in medical gas, medical air, medical pipeline, distributor management, or key account management.
• Good command in English.
• Able to travel and visit customers on both domestic trips & overseas.
