The main responsibilities of the required position are:
• Implementation of the Industrial Air Division marketing strategy.
• Support our direct sales team & distributors in the other markets with the required sales tools and product knowledge.
• Initiate and follow up on the marketing plans and strategies to ensure achievement of overall divisional business objectives.
• Effective introduction of new products within the territory we cover.
• Support BLM for effective implementation of divisional business plans and giving feedback on product trends, competition, and market share developments.
• Support the sales team in their efforts to promote focus products.
• To ensure that the sales team is equipped with the right tools, brochures, C4C, and other items needed to ensure their full mobility.
• Organize the launch of new products, campaigns, webinars, sales trainings, and customer days, both physical & virtual.
• Work closely with the communication team both within the CC & Division to promote efforts on the digital marketing front to help generate digital leads & bring new prospects into our fold.
• Work on creating content like application stories, videos, and customer referrals that would be used in our digital marketing efforts.
• Monitor, analyze competitors’ activities, and develop competitors’ databases with sufficient products and prices comparisons to identify market share evolution.
• Close interaction with Business Line Manager in reviewing day-to-day business, including all various marketing activities for the area.
Kualifikasi
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or master's degree in engineering.
• Previous experience in sales and marketing of compressed air equipment.
• Excellent business analysis, planning, and organizing skills.
• Preferably has good experience of air compressor product.
• Excellent command of English language, written and spoken. Knowledge of the local market & customers is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Very good presentation skills.
• Good teamwork spirit, self-motivated, and energetic.
• Customer service orientation and ability.
• Ability to perform while working under pressure.
• Extensive traveling within the region is required, as are Myanmar, Laos, and Cambodia.
• Innovative spirit to generate new business ideas to grow business.
• Ability to analyze information, draw conclusions, propose actions, and identify market opportunities.
