Regional Application Software Engineer - Thailand
Detail posisi
Kewajiban
• Drive digitalization within Marketing and towards customers
• Providing day-to-day technical support to the sales team and customers
• Coordination, preparation and presentation of product training courses and seminars to the sales team and customers
• Market product analysis: including competition, market potential, pricing, etc.
• Extensive Interaction with Product Company in Sweden and Application center in China, getting updated information/training regarding: new products, products upgrade and new applications
• Intensify information exchange with other customer centers about technical solutions developed with Atlas Copco global customers
• Drive to launch new products and training
• Report timely and accurately
• Continuously improve job required competence, personality and behavior
• Cooperate with service and marketing to achieve customer satisfaction
• Software Project Management Process to ensure clearly defined customer requirements and reduction of project risk.
• Regional responsibilities within South East Asia, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Singapore, and others.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor or higher Degrees in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing or related fields
• Minimum 5 years experiences in programming, engineering, manufacturing, marketing preferably in automotive
• Ability to understand OEM production processes, Data Protocols and Network Architectures
• Hands on knowledge of Windows API, Microsoft Access & SQL Server
• Working knowledge of PC to controller communication software
• Solid understanding in exploring, creating and communicating customer value
• Experience in C#, C++, Python, Java programming will be advantaged
• Experience in Hardware platform/automation/PLC knowledge is a plus including Interfaces and industrial communication standards (RS-232/485/422, XML etc…)
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, problem solving skill and relation building skill
• Able to identify alternatives to current thinking; ability to develop and implement innovative solutions to problem
• Strategic oriented and capable to formulate strategy and business plan
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to identify opportunities
• Good presentation skills and communication skill
• Excellent in Thai and English
