The Freelance R&D (Food/Chef) position involves leading the development of new recipes and products that align with the company's brand and market trends, while conducting research on culinary innovations.

Kewajiban

• Lead the creation and development of new recipes, menu items, and product concepts that align with the company's brand and market trends.
• Conduct research on emerging culinary trends, ingredients, and technologies to incorporate into new products.
• Experiment with ingredients, cooking techniques, and presentation styles to create unique and high-quality offerings.
• Collaborate with the culinary team, marketing, and product development departments to conceptualize and execute innovative menu and product ideas.
• Develop and test prototypes, ensuring they meet quality standards, taste profiles, and cost targets.
• Refine and optimize recipes based on feedback from taste tests, market research, and performance data.
• Establish and maintain high standards for food quality, consistency, and presentation.
• Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for new recipes and products.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of new products and make adjustments as needed to ensure success in the market.
• Develop cost-effective recipes and product formulations while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Analyze ingredient costs and sourcing options to optimize product profitability.
• Ensure new products are developed within budget constraints and meet financial objectives.

• Proven experience in developing new recipes, menu items, and products with a strong portfolio of successful innovations.
• Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredient functionality, and food trends.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and consumer preferences.
