As a Medical Therapeutic Area Lead under our Medical Team, you will supervise a group of Medical Science Liaison and Therapeutic Area Medical Partner, working with therapeutic brand leaders to develop national strategies for healthcare thought leaders.

Kewajiban

• Leads team of Medical Science Liaisons and Therapeutic Area Medical Partner.
• Develop and drive innovative collaboration with the in internal and external partnership.
• Building Medical Science Liaisons capabilities and ensure they deliver an excellent capabilities.
• Serves as a member of the assigned Therapeutic Area Core Team and leads initiatives that impact national strategies for a specific therapeutic area.
• Serves as a member of the Extended Leadership Team and leads initiatives that impact a specific Therapeutic Area and cross-Therapeutic Areas.
• Works with sales leaders to coordinate Medical Liaison activities and optimize use of resources.
• Integrates scientific and medical knowledge from key opinion leaders, brand teams and literature to identify and forecast trends that might impact AZ business across brands.

Kualifikasi

• Advanced degree in Pharmacology, Pharmacy, Medicine or equivalent.
• 6 – 8 years’ experience as a Medical Liaison in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong leadership capabilities.
• Doctorate in Pharmacology, Pharmacy, Medicine or equivalent. (Desirable)
• Established track record of basic or clinical research. (Desirable)
• Demonstrated expertise in the Medical Education process. (Desirable)
