The Sales Representative is responsible for managing direct customers to achieve volume targets, grow different categories, and implement operational efficiencies.
Kewajiban
• Achievement of category & total sell-in targets.
• Build and adhere to effective trade coverage/route plans.
• Implement the agreed Basic Call Procedure to achieve sell-in, distribution, merchandising, market hygiene, and execution of trade programs.
• Responsible for merchandising the trade ensuring visibility and dominance.
• Ensure collections are performed efficiently and credit policies are implemented.
• Monitor and review customer accounting line items.
• Build sustainable customer relationships and be perceived as an expert within the market place.
• Conduct regular business reviews with accounts to review performance and drive action plans.
• Monitor and manage stock inventory, service levels, market hygiene, and pricing regularly.
• Ensure on-time implementation and excellent execution of trade programs and initiatives.
• Develop and implement customer plans to achieve set targets.
• Ensure proper maintenance and deployment of trade assets and Point of Sale materials.
• Ensure sales data integrity and compliance to periodic reports and administrative requirements.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's degree.
• Able to drive and possess a driver's license.
• Sales experience is preferred.
