Detail posisi

The Sales Executive for Condominium Projects will be responsible for providing consultation and guidance to customers visiting the company's projects, coordinating with customers and providing after-sales services, reporting weekly customer follow-up results, and coordinating with various departments within the organization to facilitate customer convenience in various matters.

Kewajiban

• Provide consultation and guidance to customers visiting the company's projects
• Coordinate with customers and provide after-sales services such as receiving payments, following up on credit issues, financial institutions
• Report weekly customer follow-up results
• Coordinate with various departments within the organization such as accounting, finance, legal contracts, and marketing, as well as construction management to facilitate customer convenience in various matters

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Experience in real estate sales, either high-rise or horizontal
• Pleasant appearance, trustworthy, mature, good interpersonal skills, communication skills, and service-oriented
• Proficient in MS Office
• Able to travel to work on different projects
• Able to communicate in English is a plus
