Detail posisi

The Interior Design Expert is responsible for providing design guidance and support, ensuring quality deliverables, and assisting project management teams in aesthetic improvements across various design elements.

Kewajiban

• Review, support, and advise design guidelines to PD/BU to achieve management's requirement
• Review and checking deliverables from designers on ID, Lighting, Signage
• Proof of design intention and design improvements during handover stage
• Assist PM team on their aesthetic scope when relating to improvement of ID, Lighting, Signage design
• Perform in-house design (ID, Lighting, Signage) for small/ medium sized projects with approved PDE. Prepare design and drawing from concept to construction stage.
• Review overall quality of OS&E to be aligned with the project and property design theme

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s in Interior Design or related fields.
• Experience in Hotel, Restaurant, Bar Design (Exp. in Hotel with International chain operator will be preferred)
• Experience in coordinate/ design projects with foreigner consultants is preferred
• Interest in Detail Design, Material Cost, Lighting Design is preferred
• Good communication in English
• Good coordination skill between colleagues and working teams by writing, and drawing
• Computer skills in AutoCad, Sketchup, Photoshop, Microsoft office
