As the Head of Corporate Strategy at AWC, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of a diverse, multi-billion portfolio that spans hospitality, retail, commercial, and wholesale sectors, driving AWC’s ambition to become Thailand's leading lifestyle real estate company.

Kewajiban

• Manage 7-Year Portfolio Strategy: Manage AWC annual rolling 5-yr plan production. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver balanced portfolio strategy with the aim of achieving long-term sustainable growth.
• Develop AWC growth strategy: Identifying new business opportunities, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring sustainable growth through innovation, marketing, or market expansion.
• Support CEO to develop sustainable corporate strategies: Formulate corporate strategies for existing business and new business plans, align goals with other teams, and prepare strategy reports that align with company’s rolling 5-year business plan.
• Analyze trends and identify opportunities: Prepare industry outlook, real estate trend in each sector, opportunity, challenge and strategy for 5-year business plan.
• Conduct research and perform benchmarking analysis: Conduct market benchmarking for all key parameters of each business sector and develop analytical plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Proven background in business development, corporate strategy, investment banking, consulting, or corporate finance, ideally with experience in mixed-use, hospitality, retail, or office rental sectors.
• Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of real estate business trends, business, and corporate transformation.
• A creative thinker who thrives on challenges, continuously seeking new ways to innovate and execute plans that contribute to AWC’s sustainable growth.
