The Business Strategy & Development Expert is responsible for overseeing the management of vacant spaces, developing leasing plans, and executing strategies to secure tenants while ensuring alignment with the company's vision and long-term growth strategy.

Kewajiban

• Oversee the management of all vacant spaces (Office, Retail, Wholesale), ensuring an in-depth understanding of competitive trends, market demands, and potential tenant needs. Develop and implement leasing plans to achieve targeted Occupancy and Average Rental Rate.
• Design and execute strategies for sourcing, screening, and securing potential tenants and customers by conducting comprehensive research to understand tenant preferences, aligning property offerings with market trends.
• Develop strategic roadmaps and customized business models for each property, ensuring long-term profitability and optimizing asset performance through actionable steps.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Leasing, Property Service, Marketing, and Finance) to ensure seamless execution of leasing strategies and overall property management initiatives.
• Plan, initiate, and manage development and partnership projects, ensuring alignment with the property's strategic positioning and company objectives.
• Ensure all initiatives are aligned with the company’s vision, objectives, and long-term growth strategy to deliver profitable returns.
• Initiate and conduct research on new business development and partnership projects to maximize profitable returns, guiding initiatives from conceptualization through implementation.
• Perform detailed market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, providing actionable recommendations to enhance competitive positioning.
• Leverage centralized data analysis tools, including Power BI, to analyze and visualize performance data, ensuring well-informed strategic decisions, uncover opportunities for improvement, and refine operational efficiencies.
• Incorporate insights from research and data analytics into leasing strategies, tenant engagement approaches, and revenue generation plans to optimize property performance.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Real Estate, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in business strategy, real estate development, or a related role.
