The Specification Architectural Specialist role involves promoting company products to specifications by building relationships with architects, designers, and project stakeholders.

Kewajiban

• Promote company’s product into specifications by developing and maintaining good relationship with local and multinational architects, designers, project owners, project consultants and other related parties.
• Make quotations, schedule (door by door), product presentation, proposal / tender documents and product sample board to submit to customer.
• Obtain and prepare all sales and marketing data and information including competitors’ movement.
• After sales service and problem solving to customers within company’s policy.
• Implement Individual Sales Plan (ISP).
• Generate CRM specifications.
• Follow news and information, follow the progress of the project that has product specifications to push sales revenue.
• Attend company sales presentation or exhibition upon assigned.
• Coordinate with sales team relevant internal functions and ensure that all quality system and procedure are followed, including Best Practise and ISP.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree Sales, marketing or related fields.
• Those with a year experience in sales of construction materials will be given special consideration.
• Good personality, service-minded, good interpersonal skills, teamwork.
• Creative and presentation skills.
• Good command of English.
• Have your own car.
