Kewajiban
• Make quotation, calculate material schedule (door by door), proposal / tender document, product presentation, brochure, technical data sheet to support salesperson for the assigned projects.
• Complete and submit activities monthly report.
• Update product database, including product codes & definition, base price, photos.
• Assist in preparing marketing tools for salesperson, including product catalogue, technical data sheet, sample, etc.
• Coordinate with relevant internal and external functions and ensure that all quality system and procedure are followed, including Best Practise and SOP.
• Receive and Open the orders from sales staff and record.
• Have the skills to close sales.
• Coordinate with warehouse and outsourced warehouse for documents, shipments, and delivery.
• Prepare purchase Requisition (PR) and follow up PO with Supply Chain Officer.
• Prepare and follow up Sales Order (SO).
• Issue credit note in AX.
Kualifikasi
• At least 2-3 years experience in administration or other related filed.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Computer skill, Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint, AutoCad, Photoshop.
• Fair command of English (Listening, speaking, reading, writing).
• Discipline, responsibility and good coordination.
• Good human relations, be proactive in working, have a passion for service and coordination.
