Asian Honda Motor Co., Ltd. was established in Thailand in October 1964 as a distributor of motorcycles in 1996, The company took the role of Honda's ASEAN Regional Headquarters. Due to the Asia and Oceania region’s fast growth and diverse market and Honda focused on localizing its operations to be closer to customers the company appointed Asian Honda Motor its Asia and Oceania Regional Headquarters in 2004, with responsibility for coordinating Honda's activities in 12 countries and supporting Honda's operations in several additional countries within the region.

Detail posisi

The HR Development Officer is responsible for enhancing associate engagement and coordinating learning and development programs within the organization.

Kewajiban

• Being supporter for Annual Engagement/Pulse survey, collect data and analyze results to identify area of concern.
• Work collaboratively with the organization leadership team and/or external consultants to develop action plans to address any areas of improvement identified through associates’ feedback.
• Plan and execute company-wide activities aimed at improving Engagement, working experience and environment.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in employee engagement and make recommendations for improvements to leadership team.
• Organize development program as per planned training schedule and do budgeting by considering number of the eligible participants.
• Coordinate with internal/external instructors to conduct training to ensure the schedule and deliverable of key contents meet program objective.
• Coordinate with all function/divisions to get training participants list by send eligible list to survey and get approval from supervisor of each divisions.
• Prepare all training facilities to be ready for use.
• Submit training records to Department of skill development.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree in public administration, Business Administration, Economics, Political Science, Psychology, or related field.
• TOEIC score at least 650.
• 1-3 years working experience in HRD field and Employee engagement are preferable.
• New graduates are also welcome.
• Has good analytical, logical, and systematic thinking.
• Able to interact, coordinate and communicate any activities with associates at all levels in the organization.
• Willing to do a challenging job & eager to learn new things.
• Able to work independently as a part of a team.
