The Deputy Manager [section head] of Performance and Compensation Section is responsible for overseeing the performance management system and compensation activities, ensuring alignment with business strategies, policies, and legal requirements.
Kewajiban
• Responsible on PMS and rewards activities and ensure that all activity align with business strategy, procedure and policies as well as legal requirement and regulations.
• The activity is including Job evaluation and related to performance management
• Execute compensation and benefits as per company policy including responsibility for personnel cost budgeting and control.
• Supervise salary administration, worker compensation, salary packaging, retirement etc.
• Propose and support all aspects of annual merit increase cycle and market adjustment proposal.
• Supervise international transfer among Honda entities.
• Monitor and comply with laws, regulations, and policies related to compensation as well as stay updated on changes in laws and regulations.
• Responsible on compliance, handle internal/external audits.
• Manage departmental operating budgets and costs.
• Overall manage of HR system both SAP HCM and Success factor.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's/master’s degree in human resources management, organization development, Business Administration or related field.
• TOEIC score of 650 or higher.
• Experience in Performance management system and compensation management in middle to large organizations.
• Understanding of compensation management principles, benefits, labor laws, and related regulations.
• Experience working with senior management would be advantageous.
• Knowledge and experience in using IT systems or modern tools for compensation and benefits management.
• Analytical Skill: Able to analyze data, situations, and draw conclusions from analysis to support decision-making in the development of compensation and benefits systems.
• Effective Communication: Able to communicate and negotiate effectively both internally and externally.
• Cross-Collaboration: Able to work effectively with HR and other departments.
• Team Management: Understand and accept individual differences, able to leverage different strengths for the benefit of the department and focus on team development.
• Responsibility: Able to work with attention to detail and on time.
• Initiative: Able to develop new approaches to compensation and benefits system development.
