The Deputy Manager of Talent and Associate Experience is responsible for overseeing talent acquisition, enhancing associate experience, and driving talent development initiatives within the organization.
Kewajiban
• Talent acquisition
• Develop and drive the execution of recruitment plans based on company strategy.
• Identify the staffing requirement for a new or open position.
• Analyze market and current situation and propose recruitment improvement plan.
• Explore and implement new sourcing tools.
• Associate experience
• Creating end-to-end associate experience from onboarding to offboarding.
• Conduct and analyze engagement survey, and implement engagement activity to support positive culture and employee retention
• Talent Development
• Supervise and support on talent development and ensure strong talent pipeline
• Provide programs in developing and promoting culture change program
• Develop and implement talent management and succession planning for identifying, assessing, developing and promoting high-potential and high performing associates.
• Provide learning and development initiatives including design, develop and implement trainings program to develop associate’s competency.
Kualifikasi
• Education:
• Bachelor's/master’s degree in human resources development, organizational development, Business Administration or related field.
• TOEIC score at least 650 or higher.
• Experience and Knowledge
• Experience in Talent management and related field.
• Understanding of end-to-end human resource cycle, lead to people and culture development.
• Experience in development needs analysis in order to align with business direction.
• Experience working with senior management would be advantageous.
