AMW is an EMS company focused on power electronics systems, seeking an NPI Project Engineer to manage new product introduction processes and ensure timely delivery of projects.
Kewajiban
• Understand PCBA product specifications and design requirements.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and production teams to understand PCBA product specifications and design requirements.
• Lead the NPI process.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-10 years in Electronic manufacturing field.
• Excellent project management skills, ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage project timelines.
• Detail-oriented mindset and a commitment to delivering NPI projects on time and within scope.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and optimize manufacturing processes.
• Able to use MS Office and experience with CAD software is advantageous (Gerber viewer, Viewmate, CAD, E-drawing).
