NPI Integration Technician at Asia Magnetic Winding Co., Ltd is responsible for supporting sample, pilot builds, and mass production while ensuring high-quality assembly and effective communication within the team.

Kewajiban

• Support Sample, Pilot Builds, and MP
• Smooth execution of builds across all stages with high quality and efficiency.
• Return material from MO back to stock.
• Perform Soldering and Crimping
• Conduct soldering, crimping, and other basic technical tasks.
• Assist in Mechanical Assembly
• Help Mechanical Assembly Engineers with alignment, fastening, and stabilizing components.
• Maintain Tools and Equipment
• Clean, prepare, and organize tools and equipment required for assembly.
• Problem-Solving in Assembly Tasks
• Identify and resolve minor issues during assembly and integration tasks.
• List out the assembly problem and feedback to engineer.
• Reporting and Documentation
• Record progress, issues, and resolutions during assembly tasks.

Kualifikasi

• Diploma / High vocational Certificate in electronics, mechanics, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in assembly, wiring, or related tasks in manufacturing in Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS)
• Ability to perform soldering, crimping, and basic assembly tasks with accuracy.
• Capability to assist engineers during sample, pilot builds, and mass production.
• Skill in identifying and resolving minor issues during assembly processes.
• Basis MS Office and Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, E-drawing), ERP systems
• Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality assemblies and Effective communication and teamwork.
