NPI Integration Engineer at Asia Magnetic Winding Co., Ltd (AMW) is responsible for integrating multiple PCBA boards into complete systems, ensuring electrical and mechanical integrity, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support integration tasks during pre-series builds and pilot runs.

Kewajiban

• Integrate Multiple PCBA Boards
• Assemble multiple PCBA boards and components into a complete system.
• Ensure Electrical and Mechanical Integrity
• Connect PCBA boards using wiring harnesses or cables.
• Collaborate with Execution Team
• Work with Execution Senior Engineer and team members to align integration activities.
• Assist Pre-Series Transition Engineers
• Support integration tasks during pre-series builds and pilot runs.
• Provide Feedback to Frontend Engineers
• Communicate integration feasibility and highlight challenges in design.
• Coordinate Quality Checks with QA Team
• Ensure integrated systems meet quality standards and resolve non-compliance issues.
• Maintain Integration Records
• Record progress, challenges, and resolutions for integration tasks.
• Adhere to Safety Standards
• Follow safety standards during integration tasks.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechatronic, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related field)
• At least 7 years of experience (Integration System, Mechanical, PCBA, Wiring assembly) in Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS)
• Ability to assemble PCBA boards and components into complete systems. (Module and Cabinet)
• Strong understanding of wiring harnesses and cable connections. (Electrical diagram and assembly drawing)
• Excellent coordination skills with cross-functional teams.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for resolving real-time technical and operational issues.
• MS Office and Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, E-drawing), ERP systems
• Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality assemblies and Effective communication and teamwork.
• Familiarity with quality standards such as ISO 9001, IPC A 610 Standard
