Artelia (Thailand) Company Limited hereby associate themselves and participate in a joint venture to deliver the Service for Project in Thailand, develop similar service in Thailand and other clients in oil and gas and other sectors.

The Design Coordinator at ARTELIA ENGINEERING (THAILAND) CO., LTD. is responsible for managing and coordinating design outputs, ensuring quality and compliance with standards, and facilitating communication between clients and designers.

Kewajiban

• Review and request consultants and/or Client to complement their respective design brief, in coordination with the 3rd Party reviewer for applicable standards.
• Coordinate and manage design output (follow-up of design drawings, calculation notes and their approval by third parties) issued by the designers (Architecture, Structure, MEP…) appointed by the Client.
• Attend design coordination meeting with the Client and the designers regarding the designing.
• Check design aspects that could potentially affect the quality, functionality, cost or completion time of the project.
• Coordinates with the 3rd Party reviewer to obtain all legal approvals / submissions required for the project, for Client’s submission to authorities.
• Ensure consistency of structural design with architectural and M&E design.
• Coordinates with the QS to get BOQ, with the designers to get drawings and specs.
• Manage the design changes with client and related parties using ARTELIA procedure.
• Other related tasks assigned.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Engineering or any related field.
• At least 3 years' work experience in Architectural / Design / Engineering / Project Management in the Construction industry.
• Fluent in English.
• Experienced in team management and design coordination.
• Having Leadership skill.
• Having a Driving license.
• Architect / Engineer licenses would be an advantage.
