Aroma Group was originally founded by the Wongwaree family to produce and distribute Sing Sam Dow, a traditional brand of Thai coffee. The business at Mongkolsawas shop grew around the important working principles of being enthusiastic, hard working and loyal, which in essence created a company that customers trusted and believed in. Eventually when roasted and ground coffee beans became more popular than traditional Thai Coffee, we grabbed the opportunity to adapt ourselves to the new coffee drinking trends rather than let the situation turn into a crisis. With great enthusiasm and readiness for change, we learnt about the culture of freshly roasted coffee and the requirements of customers to develop a popular taste of coffee that is nowadays so widespread. The beginning of Aroma’s roasted and ground coffee was therefore based on a special formula that combined talent with experience, whilst always maintaining our working principles throughout the company’s history. This has made our business grow steadily and stronger over the last 70 years, along with enhancing our reputation for producing good quality coffee in Thailand.

We are the importer and dealer of all SeaDoo and Can Am Off Road, Spyder authorized BRP jet skis in Thailand.

Kewajiban

• Assist the General Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Identify new market opportunities and develop strategic partnerships
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective marketing campaigns
• Manage and motivate the sales team to meet sales objectives
• Provide coaching and mentorship to the sales team
• Track sales performance and analyze market trends
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
• Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or complaints
• Prepare sales reports and present to senior management
• Being an executive assistant to GM, managing GM’s schedule and assisting in planning appointments, meetings, conferences etc.
• Taking minutes of meeting to GM quickly and easily.
• Assisting GM make consistent decisions by advising GM of historical precedents; serving as liaison between GM and the executive committees.
• Coordinating with internal departments and external parties to achieve for work assignment.
• Completing projects and special assignments by establishing objectives, determining priorities, managing time, gaining cooperation of others, monitoring progress, problem-solving and adjusting plans.
• Preparing and summarizing information as assignment to support GM’s planning for the future.
• Verifying documents accurately before presenting to GM for approval.
• Handling GM’s expense reimbursement to ensure management and operation smoothly.
• Location of work at Siamwatercraft and Powersport – Pathumthani.
• Can use English to work well.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager or similar role
• Knowledge of marketing and sales principles
• Strong understanding of customer service and satisfaction
• Ability to work in a deadline-driven, pressure and changes in the fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English both written and verbal.
• Ability to travel/ work upcountry and abroad.
• Goal–Oriented, Unity, Learning, Flexible.
• If you have accommodation in Pathum Thani province will be an advantage.
• Working Day (Five or Six Days)
