The Operation Support Manager (IT Manager) is responsible for overseeing operational support activities, managing teams, and ensuring efficient processes within the organization.

Kewajiban

Operational Support:
• Provide daily support to the operations team, ensuring all processes are running efficiently and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
• Act as the main point of contact between the operations team and other departments to ensure seamless collaboration.
• Propose and implement process improvements to enhance operational performance.

Team Management:
• Lead, mentor, and train the operations support team to achieve performance targets.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment, motivating staff to perform to the best of their abilities.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide regular feedback to team members.

Resource Planning:
• Ensure adequate resource allocation, including staffing and materials, for smooth operational processes.
• Manage budgets related to operational support activities, optimizing cost-effectiveness and minimizing wastage.
• Work with management to forecast resource needs and plan for peak operational periods.

Client and Vendor Relations:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and service providers to support operational efficiency.
• Handle client requests, issues, and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with external vendors, ensuring service quality and cost-efficiency.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
• Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operational efficiency, team productivity, and resource utilization.
• Use data-driven insights to recommend operational improvements and report findings to senior management.
• Prepare reports and presentations to inform strategic decisions.

Compliance and Risk Management:
• Ensure that operational processes comply with industry regulations and internal company policies.
• Identify potential risks to operational efficiency and develop mitigation strategies.

Project Management:
• Lead and manage special projects aimed at improving operational processes, including the implementation of new systems or technologies.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.

Kualifikasi

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience of 5 years in operations support, management, or a related field.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of leading teams to success.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, capable of identifying issues and implementing effective solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with teams, clients, and vendors.
• Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and operations-related tools or software.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing operations support teams or in Operations Management.
• Strong management skills, including planning, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to analyze data and create effective reports.
