Kewajiban

This position is responsible for the deployment and execution in Thailand of APRIL's regional underwriting and medical risk management approach.
• Deploy, oversee, and actively participate daily in the medical underwriting process, following the medical underwriting guidelines. This includes new business underwriting, new member enrolment, post claim underwriting and medical risk management.
• Ensure coordination with front (pre-sale process) and back office teams (claims and policy).
• Work closely with the claims team and policy teams to improve medical risk management.
• Promote APRIL branding by providing efficient, accurate and fair underwriting offer.

Kualifikasi

• University degree or college diploma in a medical field or Registered Nurse.
• Very good command of the English language; a second language is a plus.
• 2-3 years experience in medical/life insurance, underwriting or claims management.
• Analytical, Interpersonal, communications skills.
• Sense of details and organization.
• Good knowledge of internal organization and regional practices.
• Teamworking - fostering an environment of teamwork to ensure that all services are delivered on time and company goals are met.
