Key Responsibilities:
• Collect, analyse, and interpret datasets to provide actionable business insights.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Power BI.
• Perform data cleaning, validation, and transformation to ensure data quality and accuracy.
• Utilize advanced Excel skills for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting.
• Utilize RPA, Excel VBA and Power automate to automate data workflows and integrate various applications, enhancing efficiency and productivity.
• Identify opportunities to optimize and streamline existing processes by leveraging automation tools and techniques.
• Explore and implement ways to enhance data quality and reliability.
• Write and execute SQL queries to extract data from databases.
• Prepare and deliver presentations using PowerPoint to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Engage in volunteer work and initiatives that support community and organizational goals.
Kualifikasi
Technical Skills Required:
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas.
• Experience with Power BI for creating dashboards and data visualizations.
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint for creating and delivering presentations.
Soft Skills Required:
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to engage with stakeholders and provide clear business insights.
