The Corporate International Marketing Director for the Chinese Market will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans, conducting market research, managing budgets, analyzing campaign effectiveness, and leading a team of marketing professionals. The role also involves staying updated on industry trends, connecting with network contacts, and developing innovative marketing strategies.
Kewajiban
• Develop and implement marketing plans for the company's properties and services in different international markets.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential target markets and new opportunities for the company's growth.
• Coordinate with local agents and brokers in different countries to promote the company's properties and services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key partners, stakeholders, and investors to promote the company's brand and expand its reach.
• Create and manage budgets for marketing campaigns and ensure that all expenses are within the approved limits.
• Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to meet the company's objectives.
• Manage a team of marketing professionals and provide guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to ensure that the company remains competitive in the global market.
• Connect with own network contacts and generate new business for the company.
• Develop innovative marketing strategies that result in increased brand recognition and profitability.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field.
• 8 years of experience in Marketing and agency management in the Real Estate industry in Thailand.
• Ability to use Weibo.com, TikTok, Baidu and WeChat as marketing tools.
• Excellent English, Chinese(Mandarin) and Thai.
• Strong understanding of international branding of real estate.
• Resourceful, Adaptive, Analyzing Information, Reporting, Written & Communications skills.
• Able to travel oversea for business purpose.
