The Business Analyst will analyze manufacturing business processes and system requirements in collaboration with business process owners and translate these into software requirements for development or modeling into the MES.

Kewajiban

• Collect, understand and analyze business processes, data interfaces process flows and business rules and translate into software functional specifications.
• Engage clients and understand business requirements and transform into software requirements
• Model business processes and flows and configures into the MES and validates configured data with end users
• Involvement in software development (design, coding and testing) when needed.
• Process engineering change notices
• Manage MES enhancements projects and MES system proliferation/roll-outs
• Present MES projects to stakeholders and Change Action Boards
• When needed, manage a large project (> 3 months) in terms of tasks, resources, schedule and risk mitigation
• Ensure that the company’s commitment on environmental management, health and safety is observed and performed.
• Be aware of the company’s quality and environmental policies.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Technology
• At least 3-5 years work experience in a semiconductor manufacturing company as manufacturing systems developer or support.
• Knowledgeable in semiconductor manufacturing processes preferably in the areas of production control, manufacturing execution systems (MES) and MES process flow building
• Excellent documentation skills
• Ability to create complex SQL queries
• Software development experience is a plus
