The Retail Manager is responsible for developing relationships at the counter management level, building partnerships with store management, and ensuring the achievement of sales and KPI expectations through strategic planning and team management.
Kewajiban
• Develop relationship and partnership at counter management level
• Build relationship with store management and adhere to all store policies and procedures
• Review performance outcomes, analyze business and build strategic action plan to impact sales for each location to ensure the achievement of sales and KPI expectations
• Allocate sales targets for each counter, monitor, and analyze daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly results to ensure sales are in line with brand, store, and divisional objectives
• Conduct field counter visit regularly and handle customer enquiries and complaints
• Handle the roster of the area and make a good allocation of the sales staff in order to maximize their ability
• Develop accurate sales forecasting on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis
• Recruit, attract, and retain sales associates
• Collaborate with demand planner and trade marketing on inputs and metrics to ensure optimization of sales
• Conduct sales meetings with the entire sales team to discuss status of pipeline and work with each individual beauty advisor to improve both quality and quantity of the individual pipeline to meet budget targets
• Coach and motivate team members to hit sales target by daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual
• Communicate closely with all members on all issues, problems, concerns and opportunities
• Plan and manage time effectively when scheduling store visits to maximize efficiency and effectiveness in driving revenue
• Conduct regular analysis of category performance, including sales data, product performance, and customer feedback, to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns to drive sales and enhance the visibility of beauty products.
• Other ad-hoc tasks as needed
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administrative or related fields
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience with proven sales record in beauty, cosmetics, or skin care or FMCG
• Verbal communication in English is required
• Strong leadership, market analysis, strategic planning, and team management skills, capable of motivating and guiding team members towards achieving sales targets
• Proven track record in sales, with exceptional negotiation and selling skills
• Willing to go the extra mile to meet the customers and company need
• Sales driven and result-oriented
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
