The PR and Market Communication Executive is responsible for planning, developing, and executing PR strategies to support brand-level priorities, managing KOL and influencer campaigns, and overseeing the creation of PR content and performance metrics.
Kewajiban
• Plan, develop, and execute PR strategies to support Brand-level priority concepts, campaigns, and events
• Initiate brand campaign
• Supervise external PR agency on setting measurable objectives for new idea generation, media coverage and agency budgets
• Develop PR contents including press releases and other relevant PR materials for product launches, KOL social media posts, campaigns and promotions
• Manage KOL / Influencer seeding plans to drive brand awareness and establish targeted brand positioning
• Manage the creation of mock-ups, social media contents
• Develop and maintain a content calendar for PR and events, ensuring that all activities are scheduled and executed on time
• Develop and manage brand video content and production
• Track, report, and analyze all performance metrics for marketing campaigns, communication strategy and recommend area improvement
• Efficiently manage budgets across various media channels
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in brand communication in Cosmetics is an advantage
• Self-starter and capable of working under minimum supervision
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Good command of English
• Willing to go the extra mile and be able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Flexible and well organized with sense of priorities
