The Account Executive (Payment) is responsible for managing payments, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining cash flow for the company.
Kewajiban
• Verify the accuracy and complete all payments to local & oversea suppliers, staffs expense claim and petty cash with related supporting documents as company policy
• Control advance payments to ensure not overdue advance clearing
• Monitor and manage companies’ bank accounts and update cash flow status to ensure sufficient cash flow
• Liaise with banks and assist in treasury management
• Issue withholding tax certificates for suppliers
• Verify purchase input VAT to ensure they can be claimed as revenue regulation
• Provide and submit withholding tax (PND.3,53,54) and VAT (PP.30,36)
• Complete other related monthly balance sheet reconciliation and monthly reports
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• At least 3-5 years of working experience in finance & accounting and taxation
• Computer literacy – Good in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and experience in SAP
• Self-motivated, result oriented, pro-active, fast learner and team player
• Good command of English communication
