Join Amity Solutions as a Technical Lead, where you will play a pivotal role in large-scale projects, leveraging your technical expertise in backend and AI development while managing resources effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
Kewajiban
• Act as a primary technical point of contact, communicating clearly with customers to manage requirements and expectations.
• Collaborate with the project manager on planning, resource tracking, and milestone tracking to maintain smooth project flow.
• Oversee resource allocation to ensure that development activities are on track and within budget.
• Develop technical solutions and strategies that address customer challenges while leveraging Amity Solutions’s suite of products.
• Document technical decisions and create clear reports for both the project team and customer stakeholders.
• Conduct research on emerging technologies to continuously enhance project delivery.
• Provide constructive feedback to the product/engineer team on potential enhancements based on project experience.
Kualifikasi
• 5+ years of backend and AI development experience, particularly with Node.
