Kewajiban
• Handle and coordinate within related departments for Customer Requirements, Customer Audit support and coordinate with concern departments
• Manage QS related database; Customer Requirements database, Customer Satisfaction Database, Audit report uploading & findings and follow up in Audit & Review database, Customer portal, etc.
• Plan supplier audit, coordinate and follow up supplier evaluation
• Conduct Internal Audit, Process Audit, Product Audit, Customer Audit, Traceability, and practice recall
• Maintain Quality system, improve the quality management system, also prepare management review report and monthly upload to database
• Coordinate changes to the documents procedures and SOP in the Quality System and ensure Documented information database is maintained appropriately
• Coordinate to certify or surveillance audit and customer specification review
• Training system coordinate base on ISO9001, ISO14001, GMP, HACCP and FSSC22000 systems, and operating procedures of ISO9001, ISO14001, GMP, HACCP and FSSC22000
• Provide orientation for newcomer in quality standard
• Perform internal audits and lead external audit activities
• Comply with the EHS policies
• Assist ad-hoc from Sr. Quality Manager
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Science, Chemistry, Industrial Engineering or related fields
• 5 years’ experience in quality system in manufacturing, experienced in auditing for flexibles packaging is advantage
• knowledge in ISO9001, ISO14001, GMP, HACCP and FSSC22000 systems
• Strong in using Microsoft Excel, Power point, statistical programs
• Analytical, counseling, and problem-solving skill
• Good English communication skills
