The Production Engineer is responsible for optimizing production processes, managing equipment, ensuring quality control, leading projects, analyzing data, maintaining safety compliance, and providing training and support to production staff.

Kewajiban

• Process Optimization: Analyze and improve production processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve quality. Implement lean manufacturing techniques and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Equipment Management: Oversee the maintenance, calibration, and operation of packaging machinery. Ensure equipment is functioning optimally and troubleshoot any mechanical or technical issues that arise.
• Quality Control: Develop and enforce quality control standards. Monitor production to ensure compliance with quality specifications and regulatory requirements. Implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Project Management: Lead and manage projects related to process improvements, new equipment installations, or modifications to existing systems. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Data Analysis: Collect and analyze production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
• Prepare reports and make data-driven recommendations to management.
• Safety and Compliance: Ensure that all production activities adhere to safety standards and environmental regulations. Promote a culture of safety within the production team.
• Training and Support: Train production staff on new processes, equipment, and safety procedures. Provide technical support and guidance to resolve production issues.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Packaging Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a production engineering role, preferably within the packaging industry.
• Strong knowledge of packaging machinery, materials, and production processes. Proficiency in using engineering software and data analysis tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and interact with all levels of the organization.
