The Product Development Specialist (Food) is responsible for managing and leading product development projects, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and collaborating with customers to meet their requirements.

Kewajiban

• Manage and lead product development project to meet the internal and the external requirements by closely working with cross-functional team with agreed timeline.
• Work with Product Safety on product risk assessment program. Ensure selected raw materials are met product safety and regulatory compliance standards.
• Manage and lead product development project for delivery cost savings to customer.
• Deliver sustainability goals by develop new structure for new or existing products.
• Collaborate with customer to get requirement and translate into technical term.
• Attend on-site trial with customer to make sure that our product can use properly on customer line.
• Established agreed specification between customer and company.
• Issue, Update and Maintain Product Specification in Amcor Specification Management System.
• Support trouble shooting in Operations related to quality issue.
• Able to travel domestic and international when required.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree in Science or related.
• Minimum 2 Years in working experience in product development, R&D, QA or related fields.
• Have experience in Flexible Packaging business is a plus.
• Have knowledge of flexible packaging development and conversion process.
• Understanding production process, customer application and can translate customer requirement into technical term.
• Experience in analytical test and identification.
• Result-oriented. Good judgement, ability to prioritize project to meet business goals.
• Self-motivated, team leader and team player.
• Excellent in Collaboration and good negotiation skills to effectively work with internal and external stakeholders.
• Good in analytical thinking and assessment.
• Has multi-cultural attitude, open mindset.
• Fast learners with good learning curve. Open attitude of learning on the job.
