The Project Management Manager in Real Estate is responsible for overseeing project schedules, budgets, and cashflow. They must coordinate with internal departments, external vendors, and partners to ensure project targets are met. Additionally, they are required to set aims and objectives to improve the project from a business perspective.
Kewajiban
• Revise and control feasibility and project master schedule according to estimated duration and budget.
• Manage, ensure, and synchronize workplan, and timeframe of the project according to master schedule and provide solution to any obstacles.
• Monitor and manage project cashflow in accordance to budget and feasibility.
• Prepare and summarize the progress update, issues, and project information for board members/ investor partners/ management team.
• Coordinate with internal departments to achieve project targets and maintain.
• Maintain effective relationships with external vendors and partners.
• Set aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the project in terms of business perspectives.
• Constant monitoring, coaching, and guiding issue resolution to Assist Project Master Managers.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor’s degree / master’s degree of Finance, Architect, Engineer, Economic or Others related.
• Minimum of 3+ years of business development experience in real estate.
• Fluent in English both written and spoken.
• Experienced in project management.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office, Others program is a plus.
• Excellent in business market and financial analysis.
• Highly responsible and working under high pressure also strong coordination.
• Pleasant personality and good relationship.
