• Create and review team tasks for producing online media, print media, and other media, as well as strategies and content for project use, ensuring that the media designs are interesting and engaging to attract customers.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales departments to develop marketing plans, analyze results, and develop marketing campaigns in various business units to create innovative and clear strategies.
• Analyze market trends, consumer demand, and competition standards to forecast budgets and manage expenses accurately in developing marketing strategies.
• Build brand and customer relationships from existing and future products.
• Define Corporate Identity (CI), conceptualize and design to create unique brand characteristics or campaigns to make the brand memorable to customer groups.
• Conduct meetings with various departments in the organization to develop strategic plans according to the organization's goals.
• Review and approve design work and content developed by the team to ensure that deliverables meet marketing objectives and goals.
• Produce innovative and creative work by transforming complex ideas into interesting media through various media channels accurately.
• Present or oversee the final concept presentation and seek approval for deliverables according to the chain of command.
• Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.
Kualifikasi
• 7-10 years of relevant work experience in marketing roles, responsible for creating marketing media in related organizations.
• Experience in creating marketing campaigns/advertisements from vision development to timely production and budget management.
• Knowledge, understanding, and experience in creating comprehensive content across all marketing channels, including digital media, online social platforms, print media, offline media, and others.
• Skills and abilities in creative development and standardizing formats.
• Visionary creativity with a strong understanding of business objectives.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Previous experience in copywriting, design, or media production and marketing planning.
• Experience in project management focusing on creative directions.
• Proficiency in using various design tools and software for popular media channels, including video recording or self-editing of produced works using programs or applications.
